Refund and Return Policy
The color in stock is basically sufficient, and the daily delivery volume is huge and it is impossible to estimate the actual inventory. If the corresponding color and size are out of stock, in order to catch up with the delivery date, we will give priority to the products in stock or randomly send other colors and sizes. If the remaining products are not shipped, buyers can receive a refund at that time.
Refunds and returns for non-quality problems are not supported. If a return is processed, the buyer is responsible for the return costs.

Yes, we accept OEM and ODM. We have our own design team and we also work with design studios in Paris. We can design according to your idea and provide material options with reasonable price for your selection.

Yes, you could mix colors as you need.
Is the sample for a new design free or does it require extra fees?
We always have discounts for our new business partners! Normally, the sample fee is around USD10 to USD 50 according to the fabric and requests. The sample fee will be refunded when a mass order exceeds 500pcs.
What is your MOQ?
Generally speaking, our MOQ is 100 pcs. For specific customization types:
- For LOGO Customization, the MOQ is 300 pcs.
- For Color Customization, the MOQ is 1,000 pcs.
- For Design Customization, the MOQ is 1,000 pcs.
Can I get discounts?
