Yes, OEM & ODM services are accepted. We provide professional OEM manufacturing solutions to meet your requirements.
What is the policy for sample fees on bulk orders?
If you place a bulk order after confirming the sample, we will return the sample fee in the bulk order payment.
What are your production and sampling capacities?
We have a monthly output of 400,000 pieces. Garment samples are completed in 3 days, and bulk production takes 3 weeks.
How accurate is the sizing chart?
There may be a 1-2 cm deviation in different sizes, locations, and fabric stretch. The size chart is for reference only, and there may be a slight difference from what you receive.
What kinds of fabric elasticity do you use?
We support 3 types of elasticity: High Elasticity (two-sided stretched), Medium Elasticity (one-sided stretched), and Non-elastic (cannot be stretched).
What are the washing and care instructions?
Wash by hand in 30-degree water, hang to dry in the shade, and do not bleach. Note that there may be a slight difference in details and patterns.
