Q2: What’s your minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 5pcs for stock items and 50pcs for new design styles productions. We will try our best to hit your requirement, please feel free to contact us to negotiate.
Q3: Can I put my design logo on the items?
A: Sure. We offer customized service; we can custom your own style items and print your own logo on the items.
Q4: Can I get a sample before bulk order & what’s your sample policy?
A: Yes, we are happy to make samples for your testing before you place an order. In view of our first cooperation with each other, we will charge USD 35 per sample. However, the sample fee is just a symbol; we will refund it to you once your order is confirmed and meets our minimum quantities.
Q5: What’s the sample time and production lead time?
A: The sample time is 7-10 days and the production lead time is 25-30 days after payment and confirmation of design file and remittance.
Q6: What’s your payment terms?
A: For small orders, 100% in advance; for large orders, 30% in advance and 70% before shipment.
