Q1. What is your sample rule and sample time?

Usually there are reasonable costs for samples, but when a full order is placed, we will refund the sample costs back to you. You can use Paypal, T/T, Escrow, or Credit Card to pay for the samples. It takes 3-5 days to make custom samples with your own logo design.

Q2. What are your prices? Are they subject to change?

Prices are based on material, quantity, and whether there is custom branding (logo, label, tag, brand design, etc.). All of our prices are reasonable and subject to configuration details.

Q3. What is the production turnaround time?

Normally, it is about 5-25 days for quantities below 30,000 pcs. For some special fabrics or complex workmanship, the timeframe may be longer.

Q4. What sizes do you sell and what are the measurements?

We have Asian, European, American, and African size standards. If needed, we suggest customers provide us with their own size charts so we can make products that exactly fit their requirements. In any case, we will produce samples first for customer approval.

Q5. What delivery options do you have?

If delivery is not urgent, shipping by sea is very economical and takes about 20-35 days. If you need it quickly, we usually deliver via UPS or FEDEX, taking about 4-6 days to arrive at your door. TNT, EMS, or other methods are also available as requested.

Q6. Which kind of fabrics and colors are available?

For fabrics, we can customize according to your request. You can also send us a physical sample, and we can match it precisely. For colors, we can dye to any Pantone Number you provide for strict color matching.
